Please arrive on time, and ensure you have taken the time to make payment upfront prior to the treatment commencing. Payment can be made via e-transfer sarahdenny4444@gmail.com. A receipt will be provided.

Your Coastal Calm Massage takes place in a calming, relaxing setting. Each treatment starts with a 15 minute Tea and Me session, where we take the time to discuss you, your needs/wants/concerns, any areas of pain or discomfort, the style of massage you’d prefer, the level of pressure that you are comfortable with, you’ll complete a consent/waiver form if you haven’t already done so, and a payment receipt will be provided.

You’ll then have complete privacy to change and settle comfortably onto the massage table. The massage table is equipped with soft, cozy 100% cotton linen. During the cooler seasons the massage table is heated. Relaxing music will be playing during the treatment – let me know if you have any soundtrack preferences.

During the massage it is preferred that you refrain from everyday chat, allowing yourself to drift into deep relaxation. Of course, it is ok to discuss further your preferences for pressure and redefine your preferred target areas. The massage oil is unscented, and can be scented upon request.

After the treatment, there is no ‘hurry up, let’s get you outta here’. Quite the opposite – I will let you know that I am exiting the room so that you’ll have the privacy to relax and remain on the massage table for an additional 15 minutes. You might choose to fall asleep for 15 minutes, or take the time to allow your thoughts and body to awaken, or you may choose to skedaddle and change back into your everyday clothes. If you chose to stay on the table for 15 minutes, I will let you know when the 15 minutes has concluded and that it is time for you to change back into your everyday clothes.

When exiting I ask that your nurture you calm, tranquil state and leave the space honouring the CoC Silence. The CoC Silence means we don’t chit-chat, we don’t small talk, we don’t do unnecessary movement nor noise. We bow to each other in thanks, I gift you with a homemade gluten free squffin wrapped inside a goodie bag, and you exit making your way out the door and back into your day.
